RECORD AT HOME
If recording at home better fits your schedule, you may do so. Our at-home option requires that you have one device to play the music and another to VIDEO record your singing. An ear device is required. Your video recording will be acapella! Modern phones are great for video recording and the sound is decent. A few things to remember:

1) Practice for at least one day first. Each recording is unique and you will get the rhythm if you practice.
2) Record in a very quiet room. Air conditioners, outdoor chimes and car horns can be heard in a good recording.
3) Play the music in your ear bud as loud as reasonable without hearing it on the video recording. You will be less conscientious of your voice if the music is loud.
4) Place the camera slightly above your eye level and look just past the lens.
5) Dress nice. You will be seen.
6) Smile. You're on camera.
7) Don't worry about perfection! We will be enhancing the sound on our end. If you are not sure what I mean, listen to the before and after recordings for a prayer song I recorded for Easter. If I can do it, you can do it!
